It is as a significant move towards improving the development prospects of the region.
What is there in a cuban model hospital....I am sorry ..I dont know....And the add in the daily does not detail that also.
Does any body know? Please inform me also.
I wonder when can there be a kerala model hospital in India....!

DRAW ATTENTION TO GLOBAL WARMING is good
but I cant even imagine looking down atop 73 story building .
The news is a French daredevil scaled 73 story HongKong skyscraper barehanded to draw attention to global warming. It took Robert about 40 minutes to scramble up the 270m building.

ABOUT OMBUDSMAN ITSELF
SO THERE IS A BAN IN USING US , THE ADVOCATES BEFORE THE OMBUDSMAN FORUM
AS PER THE GOVERNMENT CIRCULAR.
What is your opinion? I would like to know the opinion of LSGIs and the Secretaries.
What I am going to do is to file a petition before the Prl.Secretary to cancel or withdraw the said Circular as an Advocate. Then if the Govt. hesitates I would think of approaching the Honb'le Ombudsman itself.
Oh! What an idea!
